Hanover Bee Farmers’ Cooperative Honey Processing Factory
The developing and equipping of a honey processing and storage facility to process honey produced by the Hanover Bee Farmers’ cooperative. The facility was designed and constructed to meet HACCP standards to enable honey export. Features include: washable walls, separated people and product flows, standard sanitary equipment such as hand wash sinks and foot baths. Equipment for the honey extraction, settling and bottling process were specified.
