Jacksonville Housing Development
The US$4,600,000 housing development involves the development of 8.5 Hectares of land in an equity arrangement between The National Housing Trust and Pan Caribbean Sugar Company Ltd. at Jacksonville in the vicinity of Lionel Town in Clarendon as part of the Sugar Housing Programme Phase 2 .The development consists of 97 serviced lots. The infrastructure works consist of roads, potable water distribution systems, storm water drainage system, on-lot sewage disposal system and electrical distribution.
