Monymusk Glades Housing Development

The US$900,000 housing development involves the development of 8.5 Hectares of land in an equity arrangement between The National Housing Trust and Pan Caribbean Sugar Company Ltd. at Jacksonville in the vicinity of Lionel Town in Clarendon as part of the Sugar Housing Programme Phase 2 .The development consist of 102 lots including 97 serviced lots and green spaces. The infrastructure works consist of an electrical distribution system roadways, potable water distribution systems, storm water drainage system and on-lot sewage disposal system.
