Shipping Association of Jamaica Head Office

The project involved the expansion of the reinforced concrete single storey office building by adding 1^st and 2^nd floors and modifying the ground floor for a total expansion of 450m².

The ground floor was re-configured and rehabilitated to houses offices and a new lobby while the 1^st floor houses corporate offices in an open floor plan facilitated by an open frame structure with a network of large span open web joists. The 2^nd floor house a corporate conference and recreation areas.
