Spanish Town Hospital Neonatal & Maternal High Dependency Units

The scope of works involves the installation of approximately 555m² of neonatal and maternal High Dependency Units space across two single storey reinforced concrete buildings. The buildings house 4 maternal HDU beds, 3 isolation suites, 6 neonatal HDU beds, breast feeding room, sluice rooms, staff areas, dirty linen and clean linen rooms on the upper level and building services on the basement level. The scope of works includes installation of Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, medical gases and Civil-infrastructure.
