Job Summary
The successful candidate will manage quantity surveying and contract administration deliverables for government and private sector clients in the development of building and civil infrastructure projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare priced Bills of Quantities for building and civil infrastructure projects
- Manage procurement processes for private sector clients and prepare selected tender documentation for public sector clients
- Prepare tender evaluation reports for both private and public sector projects
- Provide contract administration services during the construction phase
- Measure and value works executed on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Certification, or other suitable qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
- On-site experience in contract management would be an asset
