We are seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Quantity Surveyor for our various projects. 

Job Description 

The successful candidate will be required to manage the quantity surveying and contract administration deliverables for government and private sector clients in the development of building and infrastructure projects. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Generate priced bill of quantities for buildings and civil infrastructure  
  • Manage the procurement process for private sector clients and produce selected tender documentation for public sector clients 
  • Completion of tender evaluation reports for private and public sector clients 
  • Contract Administration services for projects in construction  
  • Measure and value work done on projects  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Certification, Diploma, or any other suitable certification in Quantity Surveying 
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position 
  • Onsite experience in contract management is an advantage but not a prerequisite 
  • Knowledge of Construction Laws and Regulations is an asset
