Job Overview
We are seeking to expand our team with a highly competent and experienced Senior Civil Engineer who is passionate about developing meticulous, practical infrastructure solutions that serve our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a natural drive to lead dynamic projects, provide technical guidance, and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and team development within GDM
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of both small-scale and large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with careful attention to safety, scheduling, and budget performance.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure timely completion of project design and supervision deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior engineers and project team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in civil design.
- Demonstrated experience in roads and drainage system design.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software, including Autodesk Civil 3D & HEC-HMS
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
