Baham II Housing Development

The project involves the development of 19 Hectares of land in an equity arrangement between The National Housing Trust and Pan Caribbean Sugar Company Ltd. at Barham in the Westmoreland as part of the Sugar Housing Programme Phase 2. The development consists of 36 lots including serviced lots and green spaces. The infrastructure works consist of an electrical distribution system, roadways, potable water distribution systems which included a 2.5 km off-site pipeline to the closest service area, storm water drainage system and on-lot sewage disposal system via 2no 300m3 bio digesters and a reed bed.
