St.Ann’s Bay Hospital Neonatal & Maternal High Dependency Units

The scope of works involves the installation of an approximately 550m² neonatal and maternal High Dependency Unit building. The building is a reinforced concrete split level structure that houses 4 maternal HDU beds, 3 isolation suites, 6 neonatal HDU beds, breast feeding room, sluice rooms, staff areas, dirty linen and clean linen rooms on the upper level and building services on the basement level. The scope of works includes installation of Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, medical gases and Civil-infrastructure.
